Meagan Good, born on August 8th, 1981 was brought up in Panorama City in Los Angeles with her parents Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. Tyra worked for her as a manager in her teen years. Her acting career began at the age of four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three of her siblings. She began her acting career as an extra in television programs such as Doogie Howser Amen, M.D. and Doogie Howser Amen. When she was 13, she was cast as the character Friday in the year 1995. In the role of Cisely, a troubled teenager on the set of Eve's Bayou (1997) garnered the attention of her peers. In recognition of this, she was awarded two awards including the first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award Nomination. Good played small parts in films and television shows for the next few years. Then, in the beginning of 2000s her acting career began to take on roles that were more mature. On Nickelodeon's Cousin Sceeter show, she portrayed Nina. Between 1998 and 2001, she was on the show "Cousin Skeeter".
