Meagan Good's mother Tyra was just a teenager at the time she was employed in Panorama City as a manager and father Leondis Leon Good, a policeman with the LAPD. Her acting career began at the age of four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three of her siblings. She began her acting career as an extra in television programs like Doogie Howser Amen, M.D. and Doogie Howser Amen. At the age of 13, she was cast in her debut film Friday. The role she played as Cisely, the troubled teen on the set of Eve's Bayou (1997) garnered the attention of her peers. In recognition of this, she was nominated for two awards and her very first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award Nomination. Good played small parts in the television and films of the next few years. At the start of 2000, she began taking the roles of a more mature. She was Nina, Nickelodeon T.V.'s Cousin Skeeter. The show ran from 1998-2001. In addition, she had minor roles in the film House Party to the Last Minute (1998) as well as 3 Strikes (2000). She played Vanessa Scott in the show My Wife and Kids. She was a part of D.E.B.S in 2004, a action comedy film that earned the actress nominated as Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards of 2005. Following this, she appeared in various films like Cookout Venom Waist Deep and The Love Guru. After a busy 2012 on T.V. The actress played Mya the multi-star of Think Like a Man as well as the character Ms. Stevens for Dysfunctional friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer originates from Texas she attended Baylor University, Waco Texas. She received a degree from performing arts. The performing arts degree was awarded in 2010. In 2010 she started her acting career in the screen world with you Can Dream, a web series. After starring in numerous local productions, Kara Killmer made her on-screen debut in 2010 in the pilot part of the Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream. The show on Hulu, If I Can Dream is centered about the life of a group of artists who reside within Hollywood California.
