Meagan and Kara
Meagan Good's maternal grandmother Tyra was in her teens working at Panorama City as a manager and her father Leondis Leon Good, a policeman with the LAPD. Her acting career began at the age of four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three siblings. She started her acting career as an actress in television shows like Doogie Howser Amen, M.D. and Doogie Howser Amen. Her debut film, "Friday", was made in 1995, at the age of 13. The film first gained attention in 1997 for her role as Cisely batiste (a teenager who is struggling) in Eve's Bayou, for which she won two nominations and also received an N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominated. Good began with small roles on film and on TV during a short period of time before moving into mature roles by the beginning 2000s. She played Nina In Cousin Skeeter the Nickelodeon T.V. show from 1998 through 2001. The show ran from 1998 to 2001. She also played minor role in the films House Party, Down to the Very last Minute as well as 3 Strikes. In 2003 she portrayed Vanessa Scott, a character in My Wife and Kids. She was a part of D.E.B.S in 2004, an action comedy that saw nominations for Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards in 2005. Then she appeared in movies such as You Got Served the Cookout as well as Venom One Missed call Waist Deep and The Love Guru. When she was active in 2012 she was also appearing on T.V. and in films she played the role of Mya in the multi-starring Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Originating from Texas Killmer was a student of Baylor University in Waco Texas which she graduated with an B.F.A. degree in the performing arts. The degree which she received in the year 2010. She began her screen career with If you Can Dream, a web series. Kara Killmer began her career onscreen in 2010 after appearing in various local shows. The actress was featured in Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream in the pilot episode. The reality series revolved around the group of actors that move into a house in Hollywood California.
